A panel at VCFA on Government Service—both elected and appointed. We heard about how our state and local government works, how to get more involved in politics and public service, and how to elevate more women in government. Heidi Tringe moderated the discussion, and we had a distinguished and exciting line-up of panelists, including: Vermont State Treasurer Beth Pearce, State Senate Majority Leader Becca Balint, Agency of Commerce and Community Development Secretary Lindsay Kurrle, then-Department of Vermont Health Access Deputy Commissioner Cass Madison and Montpelier Mayor Anne Watson.
